The Program in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics proudly hosted MSCBB '07.
The 1st Annual Midwest Symposium on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics was held on Saturday, October 6th, 2007 in the Norris Center. This day long event which was also sponsored by UIC, BiTmaP, CTP and UIUC featured 4 keynote speakers, 9 invited research talks, and a poster session featuring the best CBB-related research in the Midwestern US.MSCBB '08 will be held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in October of 2008.
The Program in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics has been suspended and no further admission activity will take place, effective in the summer of 2008.
